Federico Zanardi Landi graduated in law at the University of Turin in 1996.
He was admitted to the Turin bar in 1998 and is registered with the Turin Law Society.
Federico Zanardi Landi has extensive experience in a wide range of intellectual property matters dealing with all forms of intellectual property rights and entertainment law.
His litigation practice includes defending complex cases before the Italian Tribunals and Courts of Appeal (including Specialized Courts for Intellectual Property).
His non-contentious experience includes advising on licenses, distribution agreements, franchises and intellectual property aspects of M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
He lectures and writes regularly on various IP issues and has contributed to “Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology And Chemical Inventions: World Protection And Exploitation” published by Oxford University Press.
His areas of expertise are trademarks, unfair competition, design, patents and utility models, and entertainment law.
Federico Zanardi Landi is a member of AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
Federico Zanardi Landi has also been representing the Italian Government as an expert in the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UN/UNCITRAL Working Group VI) to help prepare a draft international convention on security interest in IP.
Federico speaks Italian and fluent English.
